We’re Re-opening: Health & Safety Measures

On Monday, May 11th we will be re-opening our showroom and re-starting fittings with the highest level of safeguarding measures in place.

If you have any questions about fittings, orders or if you would like to visit our showroom, we kindly ask that you please contact us first. As we will explain further in this blog, visits to the showroom will be scheduled so we can keep effective safeguarding measures in place to protect our staff and customers.

If you are suffering from any potential symptoms, are currently self-isolating, or would prefer an alternative option to physically visiting us, please feel free to enquire about the virtual showroom experience we can provide for you.

Visiting Our Showroom

Please contact us before visiting, so we can schedule in your visit to an appropriate time. This will allow us to reduce your contact with any other visitors.

We will ask for a primary contact number so we can call you before your visit to complete a short questionnaire. This questionnaire will simply verify that you are not experiencing COVID-19 symptoms/have not come into contact with anyone who has symptoms, as well as a few other quick questions just so we can ensure that it is safe for you to visit.

All personnel present on our site will be expected to keep at least 2 metres of distance between them at all times to maintain a good standard of social distancing.

We will be providing marks and signs on-site to help ensure adequate distancing.

On-Site Practises

We will be maintaining strict cleanliness on our site for the protection of staff and visitors.

This includes regular cleaning and disinfection of doors, handles, facilities and any touchpoints.

We have completed an approved risk assessment to ensure that we will operate while withholding a high-standard of health and safety.

Fittings and Installations

We will be resuming fittings and installations, although we ask that you please be patient with us as we carry out the necessary safety precautions.

These include on-site risk assessments, ensuring that the site is safe. We will be conducting daily checks with clients to confirm that they are adhering to government guidelines and are not experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19.

Regular cleaning and disinfection will also be upheld as well as following the construction leadership council latest guidelines.

We thank you for your patience and understanding and hope to see you soon. If you have any questions or need a quote for a future project, please contact us to speak to an expert or book a virtual tour.
